Vintage 1980s Black Metallic Shimmer Tunic Dress

DESCRIPTION

Awesome black tunic dress by Nancy Bracoloni for Shangri-La, with thin metallic gold and silver stripes and a faint black on black paisley design. Minor padding at the shoulders, just for a little point. There are thin belt loops on the side, but no belt. A very cool and versatile piece.
